+ Eating homemade kimchee. We got a big green cabbage in our last CSA share, so Josh made a batch of kimchee to use some of it up. It’s so good! Very spicy and crunchy, and it makes a great topper on burritos and salads.
+ Taking in the scenery, as usual. We haven’t had much snow lately, but it’s still super pretty. I’m ready for spring anyway. (Shhh - don’t tell the ski resorts.)
+ Running 7.5 miles. This morning. With Josh. And feeling really healthy and strong.
+ Trying my new running shoes. I bought another pair of the last shoes I ran in, the Mizuno Wave Rider 15. My feet are hurting a little bit after today’s run, so I’m hoping it was from breaking them in and using socks I’m not used to. Next weekend: 9 miles! This marathon mileage is really adding up all of a sudden.
